Participation in Science Teachers’ Conference (At IISER)

Great Achievement: Neha Apte, Our Science Teacher secured first prize at IISER for her Presentation on the research paper “Sources of energy- Evaluation by Picture Reading”. This was Second State Level Science and Math Teachers’ Congress held in the Indian Institute of Science Education and Research, Pune on 9 &10 December 2017 where 75 candidates participated. She has also got a chance for an internship in IISER for one & a half months. Our science teachers Bharati Khurekar & Surekha Desai also presented their papers at the conference.
In a state-level maths and science teacher congress, organized by Marathi Vidnyan teachers Parishad and an Indian institute of education and research, BNP teacher Sapana Zodage presented a research paper on ‘Force and Types of Force’ and got 2nd prize & got an opportunity for an internship at IISER. Bharati Khurjekar & Kishori Belsare our two BNP veterans gave guidance for research paper. Manisha Patil presented her research paper on ‘Introduction of the concept of bacteria to different groups using various communication methods,’ at 9th NTSC at Ahmadabad
